All In Waste Dumpster Rental Contract Terms & Conditions
I, (customer requesting service) agree to the following terms and conditions for rental of described services.
THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $200 FEE FOR DEBRIS THAT IS OVER THE SIDE RAILS OF THE DUMPSTER.
Pricing & Payments:
1. Customer agrees to pay $399 (base fee) for one 16 yard container, 1 drop off and 1 pickup which includes up to 2 tons of materials as well as any overages included due to overloading or additional days requested by the customer. The container include up to 2 tons, however, due to strict weight limitations and associated dump fees, any additional materials will be billed at $60.00 per ton above 2 tons.
4. Payment for all base fees as well as any known additional rental time will be due before delivery of the container. Any additional fees due to overweight or other fees not paid upon delivery are due within 24 hours of container pick up.
5. Any unpaid balance after 24 hours from pick update will start to accrue $15.00 per day late fee from the date of container pick up until paid in full.
6. If paying by check and the check is returned for insufficient funds from the banking institution the customer is responsible for any returned check fees minimum $65.00.
7. Any refunds will be less the original processing fee that we are charged.
8. The landfill bills our company every 30 days. If you exceed the weight limit, we may not be notified for several weeks. If applicable, there will be a delay in charging/billing for excess weight fees. The card, email and address associated with the order will be charged at that time.
9. Wait Time: If a driver has to wait for customer to move vehicles, remove material from an overloaded dumpster/container, clear an area for delivery, remove material placed in front of a unit, wait for a customer to unlock a gate or any other reason that causes a driver to wait, the customer will be charged a $2.00 per minute service fee.
Dumpster Use:
5. All In Waste do not allow dumpsters on site for more than 30 days with no activity. Therefore, if the dumpster has not been swapped or removed within 30 days, we will have to remove, swap or recharge the full rate for the dumpster unless other arrangements have been made.
Access and Ground Conditions:
1. The customer will be responsible for the provision of free and suitable access to and from the delivery site (including the removal and reinstatement of local obstructions) and for ensuring suitable ground conditions for delivery, placement, and removal of the dumpster. No responsibility will be accepted for the damage to any surface and you should, therefore, take steps to protect surfaces (e.g. paving slabs, soft ground) before delivery.

5. Dumpster must be placed on a hard-packed surface. All In Waste is not responsible for damage to grass if instructed to place unit on grass.

2. Customer is responsible for any additional fees assessed by the landfill for certain items such as tires, appliances etc.
- Mattresses and box springs add an additional $50 per item.
3. The container rental includes use for up to 10 days. If the container is kept longer the 7 days there will be an additional fee of $15.00 a day.4. Payment for all base fees as well as any known additional rental time will be due before delivery of the container. Dumpster Use:
1. While the dumpster are in your possession, you will NOT place or allow to be placed into the dumpster:
- Substances are hazardous to health such as toxic or corrosive materials or liquids.
- Liquids of any kind whether contained or not.
- Cans, drums or other containers of any kind unless emptied and crushed and incapable of carrying any liquid.
- Medical waste or animal carcasses of any kind.
- Any material no listed above however considered unsuitable for containment e.g. malodorous waste; asbestos, paint, tires, gas bottle, fluorescent tubes, light bulbs, vehicle batteries, household appliances such as but not limited to refrigerators, conventional ovens, microwave ovens, washer, dryer
- Extremely heavy materials such as rock, dirt, or concrete. Please let us know and we can help you dispose of such heavy items in a more efficient manner.
2. All refuse shall remain within the confines of the dumpster and shall not exceed the top or sides. Every attempt shall be taken to equally disperse the weight of the refuse within the dumpster.
3. Customer shall be liable for any loss or damage to rented equipment in excess of reasonable wear and tear.
4. Customer shall not relocate dumpster or move with a machine due to damages this may cause if you need to relocate call us and will relocate at a fee of $149.00.

2. All In Waste will not be held reliable if the heavy container may cause damage to concrete or asphalt.
3. Should the customer fail to return the container, All In Waste maintains the right to enter upon the premises where the container may be without notice and take possession of any remove it at the customer’s expense all without legal process, the customer hereby waving any claims for damages from any such entry or removal.
4. Removals can take 1-4 business days. Please be mindful that you are responsible for the unit(s) while in your possession. Your call/email/text for removal does not relinquish your possession of the unit.
